- Whilst we take the utmost care to keep your quilt safe we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur in the event of a natural disaster or theft.
- If you do send your quilt via courier we cannot be held liable for any lost quilts due to the services provided by the external companies.
- We can also not be held liable for any ripples or pleats that could occur due to borders not being correctly sewn, or borders not cut on the straight of the grain. We will, however, discuss any concerns prior to commencing quilting.
